@Nick Broomhall it seems people used it for anyone who had done something significant (usually in civil rights/humanitarian affairs) or were "martyrs" (people who suffered wrongful deaths for who they are). it apparently is meant to say that they cant rest until justice is done. i mean sure, but theyre already dead, so they are resting in peace i suppose. but if we really want them to rest in power, i say we reanimate their corpses and put them on display until justice is done (even if it takes centuries).
