The venue was just very unorganized and told the people waiting outside so that we could meet them that Grace, Mamrie and Hannah had left because "they were too tired and it was too much pressure" when that was not the case. Hannah explained it all in a tumblr post and at her book signing the next day.

She provided facts about affordable healthcare in an attempt to inform people about it. Sure, her choice of facts may have been biased (and of course they were, as she has formed an opinion and, as any human would, wanted to make her side look as best as possible in the short time she had), for lack of a better word, but presenting factual information (biased or unbiased) differs greatly from insisting that her viewers sign up. Even in the portion of the video where she said that she was sharing her opinion on the subject, she did not outright state her views or encourage people to think the way she does. Her intention in making that video was to inform people about affordable healthcare, and that is exactly what she did.
