Jupiter, Saturn, and Mercury are placed in the first house, which is a good placement as Jupiter is the significator of the 11th house. Venus is exalted in the 11th house, which is a very good placement. Mars being the 7th lord in the 8th is not a good position. And conjunct with ketu is not also good.Constantly fighting with spouse and heath issue of spouse. Sun, as a 4th lord placed in 12th, is not considered good although sun in exalted there.
