2nd house is all about the necessities of life! Food, clothes, housing. It also rules family to a certain extent. 2nd house is ruled by venus… so when someone has Saturn a malefic sitting in a fluff house like venus which is all about beauty, luxury, creativity, aesthetics, MONEY, SALARY! when a malefic like Saturn is sitting here it restricts all of those things… even if you have a benefic like venus or Jupiter or even mercury sitting here with Saturn it’s going to limit them, for example let’s say you have Jupiter sitting here with Saturn… wherever Jupiter sits it amplifies a house, which means it expands everything about that house.. in this case if it sits here with Saturn.. Saturn is going to restrict Jupiter from giving or receiving all those Venusian things, it’s all about teaching lessons with Saturn… idk in my opinion this is one of the worst house placements to have Saturn in… but I guess everything in astrology is good & bad.

Nice interpretation. But its not necessarily correct. A lot depends on combinations, nakshatras and most importantly, your karma. Dhirubhai Ambani has saturn in 2nd house. Saturn delays, but never denies. If you work hard, saturn will make you one of the richest person.
