Saturn being a natural malefic for Leo ascendant and also placed in Leo which is not a strong placement for Saturn - does it mean that Saturn will not create more problems for this native since it is placement weak? Will the results vary if it is retrograde?

Sadly, mine has a Grand Cross aiming straight at it (Saturn Leo, ASC; Uranus Scorpio, 3rd; Moon Aquarius, DSC; Chiron Aries, 9th). I almost died at birth - and my life has been a mistake ever since.
