Let’s hope for some clear skies … actually looking quite good here in the east . Got my first real sight of Jupiter last Friday night through my RC6 .. lovely .

Mars was really bright on Thursday and it took me by surprise as it had moved quite significantly since I last saw it .Took me a few minutes to figure out what it was when I saw it at about 22hr on Thursday .First I thought the ISS or a plane but it didn't move,then a Nova or Supernova but then I realized it was on the elliptic....Mars!
