My husbands Saturn is squaring my mars. It can definitely be rough. My mars is in Aries so things can get heated and I always end up looking childish. As I’ve aged it’s gotten less restrictive.

I couldn’t have clicked any faster if I was sitting right next to you. 😊 Side note: I actually have this aspect with my partner. We both have Saturn in Gemini and I have a stellium where my Mars is conjunct his Saturn. Mars/ Mercury and my mind and speech can go fast and he has literally said ‘Slow down’. I think what helps us is we have some ‘cool’ aspects such as my ascendant and his sun, Venus and Mercury aspecting one another. Plus we are both Mercury in Pisces so, we can talk literally for hours. It helps that we were friends for 32 years before we got together.

Made a new friend just before summer … his Saturn closely conjuncts my mars in Scorpio… this is in the 10th for me … he won’t give me his birth time so I can know what house it falls in for him. My intuition is telling me he has a libido problem 👀. I also have to tell him to Bc how he handles me physically Bc he has a heavy hand … it genuinely hurts when he touches or grabs me in a certain way ( his Pluto in Scorpio also squares my ascendant . We talk about fighting a lot ( playfully tho)

Sorry, can you please expand on that? Who has libido issues, mars or Saturn? How else do you think this synastry aspect has strained your marriage? Have this with my SO, and I’m mars as well.

I do find that my SO works/does chores/ anything extremely slow, takes 6x amount of normal time for him to do it, so it does make me impatient

@@SK1MD In my case his Saturn was conjunct his Mars, which I think made him have a libido issue. Then it conjuncted my Mars. It becomes a matter of timing. When they want it we don’t want it. When we want it they don’t want it. It dries things up. Other factors, his Neptune conjunct my Moon in his 12th house. Seems like he couldn’t really see my emotions. He also has Cancer Venus conjunct Lilith and Jupiter. He did have desires but maybe not any that involved me. I later learned his interests were more towards significantly older women than him. We made really great friends, but the intimacy never seemed to come around. I hope you’re able to work through yours. ❤️

@@angelica905 Thank you for responding. Yes! It seems like we want it at different times. When I’m up for it he doesn’t and when I don’t he does. Kept thinking it is because his saturn opposite my sun. Also, attributed it to my SO’s venus and mars being conjunct in cancer, and cancer is not it’s best in mars. Which is why he may be a bit shy/timid/reserved/or just slow in getting things done, and my mars on the other hand is in aries. Interesting that you would say his venus is in cancer and seems interested in women who are significantly older, because I am 8 years older than my SO. I have read men with venus in cancer do seem to go for more voluptuous, “matronly”, matriarchal mother types, because cancer does rule the moon which also symbolizes the mother. By no means am I voluptuous but I am older and a bit matriarchal in the sense I try to take care of people around me. But yes, I always remind myself that my mars is in aries so I have to be patient with him even though I hate wasting time and not being efficient. And even though it takes him half an hour to wash lettuce and several hours to cook, 3 full weekends to install anything, he does it earnestly. Thank you!
