Honestly, I work beyond my capabilities in most areas of life and then get sick or overwhelmed. I look at relationships in a very spiritual way. I have this kind of pessimistic attitude and low confidence....I thought the reason is due to the debliated sun and moon in the sixth house... Im sorry to say that me and both my children have Saturn retrograde. Being elderly now, I look back and wow, glad its behind me. My children are still struggling. What helped me through was a positive Jupiter in leo and a good Jupiter Neptune aspect, in short spirituality, gurus and the dharma community held my back and cheered me up. OMG this is so true for me! I have retrograde Saturn in 9th house, Taurus ascendant. And I'm an extremely shy and reserved person! I do have a fear of being judged by people, as physically I'm a short person and they used to make fun of me. I love the company of intellectual people. But I don't think im a spiritual person 🙂
