Ma'am, it seems that you got a bit confused between भाव and राशी at few times. Also you may include (a) the effectiveness of Rahu Ketu apart from Guru during Shani Gochar and (b) Rashi and Nakshatra parivartan during Shani Gochar for more holistic predictions.

Yes, most of the inexperienced, unskilled, cunning, immatured or money minded (so called) Astrologers have spoiled the name of Astrology by misusing it. So, Astrologers can be at fault, but Astrology is never at fault. Please understand this very clearly.

Infact, if someone (so called) Astrologer tries to misuse Astrology for personal and malefic intentions, he/she is getting into very bad spiral of negative Karma. Most of us (including many so called Astrologers) do not know that once the Astrologer gives predictions to his/her client, he/she is binded with the Karma of his/her client. Hence, a True astrologer will never speak much of unnecessary things, will always stick to basics but accurate predictions to the point only for which a client asks for. And lastly, the Aim of Astrology is to interpret, understand, develop acceptance and patience to guide and get guided towards the correct Karmas and fulfilling his/her real purpose of life through the indications given by the universe (Prakruti/God).
