Saturn transits the 6th house

Saturn has been going through my 6th house (Aquarius) for the past few years. During this time I started my own business after a falling out with an unsupportive supervisor, learned how to structure my life effectively to get work done and removed things from my diet which has changed my health (I used to experience a lot of chronic fatigue and I no longer do). Most recently I finally cracked how to manage my diet and exercise and have lost 15lbs since June. I feel more productive and like I have more mastery over my health and daily life than I ever have before. Happy to see how well changes in my life have lined up with the Saturn transit.

How did you tackle the chronic fatigue and what did you cut out ?

@StarAstrologyTherapy I cut out both dairy and gluten after learning that they can have an inflammatory effect that can exacerbate some autoimmune conditions. After about 3-4 weeks I really noticed the change. It's hard to stay away from them completely now but I try to be mindful to keep my intake light.

Wow, so spot on! Im 2 years into this transit and had to stop working my job (less money) and focus on my health. I had carpal tunnel surgery, and have taken a serious look at my work/life balance in regard to staying healthy. Thanks for your videos, I’m learning so much!

Great video thank you so much ❤ Saturn has now just moved from Aquarius and into Pisces where I have my natal Saturn and a stellium. Literally as it moved into Pisces my cat had to have most of her teeth taken out (she's only 4 years old). I also suffered either a slipped rib or disc so I'm totally bedridden until it's sorted and both knees, finger and toe bones are also in for surgery - a walking, full of pain, example of Saturn in the 6th right now. Although I'm 57 I look 97 😂 However, your video has given me hope that over the next couple of years these will be sorted if I push for the surgeries and go through physiotherapy I will be in a better, healthier place by the time I pass my 2nd Saturn Return. Now I understand what's been happening. Virgo rising here and so much of the vedic system applies to me. My salary was cut. My clients payments are delayed. My inheritance is delayed. I'm waiting for so much money to be released, but nothing flows to me. I have so much trouble. I'm constantly nervous. I have sleepless nights worrying about homelessness. It's frightening. My bank account is draining fast. 😪

Thank you Kensenya - any advice for natal placement of Saturn (retro) in the 6th? (Conjunct Uranus and Moon) it’s a real struggle to stay in a job without getting resentful and bored! I read once it takes 7 years to be rewarded in a work place under this placement and I have never made it that long at one company! I don’t think I can!
