I rarely comment but I thought "aw thanks for the free extended 🤗 " And this was so on point, I definitely have been dealing with a situation where I don't know if I should be doing something (like taking care of my mom) that I don't really feel like doing, but I worry if it's some kind of karma thing lol. I have felt so much resistance in this situation with my family trying to push for solutions that feel a little too late. I took care of her a couple weeks ago, and my illness has come back full swing, so I feel a lot of resistance because I don't feel like I can balance my own health and hers which is declining. At the same time, I don't want to regret anything either. And it's really hard to say no and put boundaries up as well, because I feel so much pressure from my family to do something, even though they don't do anything for her.
