@@divyaverma6048 I brought the milk to boil about 5-6 times just so it gets a little thick.. And then I did as instructed.. Also, curd has a hard time setting in rains and winters, so like put the container in a heated oven or a heat kadhai filled with sand... Put the chilli thing in Luke warm milk. .. Too hot and too cold would not set I guess... I hope this helps

Before you jump the gun please consult the doctor because children are sometimes allergic to nuts and it can be fatal. Milk is the building block of life since time immemorial. If your child is lactose intolerant you can either dilute the milk or otherwise use nachhni milk which is a millet and high in protein.

I have something to tell you..... After lockdown, my friend weight increased... so he decided to go to gym and forced me to come with him.. although my weight is same as before lockdown as I follow your advice and tips.. Because he is my friend... so I decided to go to gym with him.. After doing exercises in gym for one week.. the trainer of the gym advised us to take eggs, meat and milk banana shake to increase weight and muscle. As Sativc Team never advises such things. .. so I clearly said.. NO.. a big No.. I can't do that.... I told them.. I don't have to fight with Khali... I want to live Sativc Lifestyle... Love you all Sativc Team.....

It is possible that you may not be allergic to the peanut dahi prepared this way. Regular milk, and dahi derived from it have different effects on the body.

In this video when the milk boiled and kept aside it looked different( with layer of malai formed on top) but when they poured into glass bowl for fermenting, the milk looked very frothy in that steel vessel.. why so?? I had tried to make peanut curd too but it taste very wierd.. Also, the curd made from peanuts with skin do not look white.. something looks not right in this video 🤔🤔🤔

OK here you go: Peanut Vegan Curd 1 cup Raw peanuts light colored ones: (yield better curd) Soak with skin, in water for 4 hours (not more) put the peanuts into a mixer with 400 ml water and blend till it is the consistency of chutney. Then add 300 ml water little by little and blend again. Total we need 700 ml Bear this in mind Then strain using a cotton cloth ( or nut bag or muslin or cheese cloth). Squeeze out the milk well. Take the peanut milk extracted in a vessel and set to boil. START ON A LOW FLAME then gradually, little by little, increase the flame. Boil for 3-4 min. Once it comes to a boil, take off the gas and leave to cool till lukewarm. Now we set this: pour into a glass bowl and use the crowns of 8-9 green chillies and mix into the peanut milk. Bear in mind, the chilly tops have to be plucked out fresh before putting into the peanut milk. Cannot pluck and store. Now cover the milk and place in a warm place like the oven. Do not disturb it. Let it ferment 8-9 hours. Lo! Your peanut curd is ready. For the next round of peanut yoghurt you can use the previous peanut curd as a starter. Initially the curd will be nutty. But as your 5th, 6th batch gets made, the peanutty taste reduces. Top 3 benefits: a. Home made peanut curd is purer and healthier than store bought dairy-based yoghurt. The store bought curd has nothing right about it. Often, milk used for yoghurt is mixed with chemicals, hormones and additives. Dairy cows are mistreated and that makes their milk unhealthy. b. Peanut curd can be used for many recipes. SEV PAAPDI CHAAT 1 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup water 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds powdered 1/2 tsp rock salt mix these into a good dough, but knead well. Roll out (see @6.14-6.16) cut rounds, poke with a fork and oven bake at 260 degrees C. Will take 10 min. When it starts to become golden (@ 6.32), take off the oven. Sweet Tamarind chutney Into a mixie add: 1 cup tamarind pulp (soak tamarind in hot water for 3 hours then squeeze out the pulp.) 2 cups dates soaked in hot water. (Make sure you deseed the tamarind and dates before putting into mixie) 14 peppercorns 1/2 cup water 4 green cardomoms skinned if you like 1 tsp roaste cumin seed powder 1/2 tsp rock salt Blend well and you have tamarind chutney For assembling: *Peanut curd (say 2 cups) seasoned with roasted cumin powder and black salt. Mix well *To assemble: On a plate lay out the papdis (the flour biscuits we just baked) see @ 7.27 slather it with seasoned peanut curd then some green chutney boiled potatoes sprouts - she has used alfa-alfa sprouts fresh pomegranate chopped cilantro Your papdi-chaat is ready (and healthy) Let me know if you want the recipe for her Punjabi Kadhi -- I didn't think you would want that, but happy to write it out, do leave a message -- and the last part where she discusses the economics of peanut curd. In short 400 gms peanut curd uses 100 gm peanuts which is Rs 20; diary curd is twice as much FAQs: 1. How much peanut curd should one consume? Depends on your lifestyle. Nuts are a little more difficult to digest. If you lead a sedentary lifestyle, have a desk job, unable to exercise an hour a day, then you may consume peanut curd once a week On the other hand, if you are an athlete, or a young child/person, or do heavy labor work, then you may consume peanut curd 3-4 times a week too. 2. Is it necessary to soak the nuts? Nuts have a light layer of coating called enzyme inhibitors. These inhibit the nuts from being digested well. When you soak the nuts, the inhibitors get washed off in the water. Hence we must discard the soaking water. Also do not soak the nuts longer than 4 hours. अभिनंदन इस रेसिपी के लिए💐😊🙏 बहुत बड़ी problem solve कर दी आपने। मेरे यहाँ सिर्फ मैं ही दही खा पाता हूँ। लेकिन कई बार ऐसा लगता है कि बाजार का दही खाने के बाद constipation होने लगता है जो कि नही होना चाहिए। मेरी wife और बेटा भी दही नही खाते allergy की वजह से। इन्ही कारणों से मुझे भी नही खाने को मिलता। अब आपके बताए अनुसार बनाकर देखता हूँ । अगर बन गया तो मजा है😊😊😊 एक बात पूछनी थी कि आपने कढ़ी में oil use नही किया है। इसका मतलब क्या इस कड़ी में तड़का नही लगा सकते? प्लीज बताए🙏😊 आपने 1 कप peanut use किये है और आपने quantity बताई 100 gram। लेकिन 1 कप तो करीब 200 से 250 ग्राम का होता है। please स्पष्ट करें। क्योकि अगर पानी का ratio बिगड़ गया तो दही भी बिगड़ जाएगा। 100 ग्राम peanut और 700 ग्राम पानी सही है या 1 cup peanut और 700 ग्राम पानी??
