Matki patal bhaji
1/2 grated coconut
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Asafoetida
Curry leaves
1 tomato
1 potato
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp sugar
Shevai Kheer
1 tsp ghee
1/2 katori shevoi
Cashew
1 katori water
2 katori milk
1/2 tsp Cardamon powder
1/2 katori jaggery
Dal
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Asafoetida
Curry leaves
1/2” ginger
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp ghee
1/2 tsp sugar
