We should accept the fact that Muslim rulers in India majorly compromised with Brahminism in India and never presented Islam as some reform. In fact, Indian Islam became regressive and discriminatory in nature during Muslims rule. It’s still regressive as compared to other countries and divided into caste and creeds. Christians liberated India more aggressively and ended Sati custom and untouchability etc. India became technologically advanced under British rule.

Christianity may be expanding in Asia and Africa, but it is declining in Europe! .😮 C😂zeck Republic is 90% Atheist (Nastik) and Non-Religious. 80 % of the people in All Christian countries under Communist USSR are Atheist, and also Nederlands is 60% atheist. 50% of the People in Sweden, Finland Denmark, and also Central European countries like Germany, Austria, Belgium, are Atheists. Even in the USA 40% of the people are Atheists. 30% of the People in Latin America like Brazil, Argentina, chile Peru, are also Atheists. But in all these countries, in the Govt Census these Atheists are categorized as Orthodox Christians and hence the real number of Atheists in these countries are not known to the world. 😮😮

The missionaries who came to India had learned about the division in the society on the basis of caste and the suffering the people were going through. They have noticed the discrimination and worked as to get a solution to it. Their main concentration was o health & education so that the people are able to know their worth . If their intention was to make Christianity as a religion they could have done it but no such efforts is noticed. In Chennai at Mylapore there is a tomb where St. Thomas was buried.. So he might have been to Kerala but he worked in that part of Chennai. Most of us Catholics visit that place. Rest of the things as Puniyasi says. Thanks a lot.

The facts given by Dr. Puniyani is not exhaustive and are only half truths. This shows how much perceptive history is far away from real facts. For example he says that in India there is only one type of Catholics in India. In fact there are 4 types (rites) of Catholics in India, Latin,Syro-Malabar, Syro-Malankara, and Knanaya. In fact Catholicism was brought in by Portuguese. Before that there were well established churches in Kerala keeping allegiance to Eastern Churches. Britishers were actually interested in business and not much in religion and they used Christianity and for that matter other religions as it suited to their business and political interests. British people mainly brought in Anglican Churches, mainly denominations known as Church of North India (CNI) and Church of South India (CSI) and it's different variations in North East. Christianity came to India in different stages. In fact Christianity came to India even before it went to Europe.
