My father was a doctor. He was friends with IAS officer. They used to gift us 5 kg of daal sometimes it instead of fees after treatment. It was always tastier and organic. जरूरत से ज्यादा आवश्यकताऐं इन्सान को रोगी बना देते हैं, चाहे उसका व्यवसाय कुछ भी हो । जब इन्सान मानसिक तनाव में आने लग जायेगा । तो व व्यक्ति दवाईयों का सहारा लेगा जब रोज -रोज इन्सान दवाई का सहारा लेगा तो क्या स्वस्थ रहेंगा ? जमीन बढ़ नही रही हैं,घट रही है ,एक साल में एक फसल होती । व हमे पूर्ति नही होती हैं तो क्या करेंगे ? कोई तो समाधान करेंगे । जिससे खेत की फसल अधिक बढ़े । फसल ज्यादा बढ़ाने के लिए कैमिकल दवाईया डालने लग जायेगे , तो कभी फसल में दवाई कम व ज्यादा भी गिर जाती हैं उसका प्रभाव फसल पर भी पड़ता हैं । और भारत देश में सब क्षेत्रों में तो पानी नहीं है, खेती तो वहां भी होती हैं । जो खेती बरसात पर निर्भर ।अगर बरसात समय-समय पर हो रही हैं तो खेती की फसल बढ़िया । अगर बरसात समय-समय पर नही हो रही तो फसल सूखने या कोई कीटाणु लग जायेगा । तो उस स्थिति में किसान क्या करेगा ? अनाज तो आजीविका है । तो कैमिकल दवाई या खाद्य डालेगा । फसल को बढ़ाने में । तो मानसिक तनाव में दवाई ,खान-पान में दवाई तो क्या इन्सान स्वस्थ रहेंगा ? और दुसरा कारण है मशीनरी जो इन्सान अपाहिज बना दिया है । उसके बाद बाहरी वातावरण का असर । जैसे इन्टरनेट मोबाइल , शराब, तम्बाकू , बिड़ी, सिगरेट । ये सब आज की भाग दौड़ के रोग है । क्या आपको रोगों का निदान समझ मे आयेगा ?
