It can be mild to where I have some awareness of it happening or it can be severe where I have no clue it has happened. When it is severe, to those watching, it appears that I've suddenly stopped talking for no reason, stared for a second, then carried on doing something else like I'd completely forgotten I was having a conversation at all. This video would also not be this as the woman would not have carried on laughing after the pause. She would have stopped, as the thoughts fueling her laughter would be suddenly gone from her mind.
