Love it when Eddie’s not paying attention to the game and then he gets scared but in this case when the submarine was getting overfilled by blood he looked straight at the floor with the bloody water and just stared at it for like a good five seconds and didn’t notice it

Little history lesson: Fires were one of the more common cause of casualties on submarines. At extreme depths, malfunctions in the subs would often result in fires within the sub. Imagine, being trapped in a submarine, under extreme pressures, and you have a fire raging within the metal tube you're in. I couldn't imagine the amount of hopelessness you would feel.
