Not to make you worry or anything, but what if one of the spirits is attached to you that is from there? Despite moving out of your old home, it will follow you where ever you go no matter how many time you moved. I would suggest to find a good research on mediums and a cleansing for your home, so to feel less anxiety of your surroundings. Don't judge me people and skeptics, you don't know what it's like to deal with hearing voices, someone screaming in your ears, and other events that would make you shit your pants. Especially sleep paralysis, now that is something I absolutely dread when that happens. I am only writing because my oldest kid is concern and has watched you for the past two years on KZbin.
