Love the Saucony Endorphin Speed. The speed roll is the closest thing to feeling like I have a pair of self-propelled shoes! Tho having picked up the Pro 3 I feel like I don't need the Speed 3 and just pair the Pro 3 with my OG Speed (and got the Runshield too)

Saucony really makes the best and has done so for so long. They were my favorites even back in 2004 when I ran a 4:30 mile in high school. Soft yet responsive. Amazing

I love how you guys keep it real 😂 This was a fringe-buy for me to start with, but the lack of enthusiasm I’ve seen in the few reviews I’ve now seen on this shoe, makes this a “pass” for me. At least until it it goes on sale ☺️

If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it! Still a great feeling shoe line and can feel the stability upgrades with this version. Will always have an endorphin speed in the rotation for its versatility and longevity.

Glad I stocked up on 3 pairs of version 1 as I use this shoe as an all distance racing shoe, not a daily trainer. Now the Pro 3, is the definite race shoe which admittedly getting high marks but costs more.

Looking forward to the wider forefoot and greater stability. Speed 1 on me is borderline too narrow - the laces splayed out on me (unlike most KZbinrs where they seem bunched up).

Any update? I ordered and returned a Speed 2 on sale after finding the forefoot too narrow. I keep hearing the 3 has a wider forefoot but not sure if it's that much better.

I finally got this on sale, so happy to have them. But, unfortunately i have a problem with the front of the shoe. I chose my true to size, but my middle toes keep hitting the front of the shoe and it became uncomfortable during run. So sad, I was looking forward to have this.

Would love to see a between 2 shoes with these and the Asics Magic Speed 2! Feels like Asics took a step forward with the MS2 and Saucony may have been a step back

Yes. My fave running shoes. Favored Saucony Endorphin Speed over that of Saucony Endorphin Pro.

Endorphin Speed= one of the best shoes. It's a shame Nike can't come up w a trainer like this, and it seems they missed the mark w the new Pegasus Turbo Next Nature. Nike has become too focused on high performance race day only shoes. I love my Vaporfly,, but I can't afford to daily train in shoes that cost 250-300 dollars.

Hmm, I'm one of the people who thinks that they ruined the Endorphin Speed with the version 3: miss that pep! A lot of people are liking this version though which although not what I expected is pretty cool... guess I'm on the hunt elsewhere for something that's closer to the Speed 1 and 2 then. Puma Deviate Nitro series maybe?

My biggest issue with the speed 2 is i feel a tad unstable in it. Like for whatever reason my heals don’t fit right in them. Wonder if these would make a big enough difference to purchase

@@Q12FundMDesign I have terrible over pronating bc I tore two ligaments in my ankle. Been using the guide 15 and it’s been a great for stability. Gonna get speed 3s now to upgrade. FYI, tore my ligament after rolling my ankle with Nike tempos. Terrible stability

Past versions are more tempo-specific but it's so light and still has the good speedroll turnover so works fine, but as a standalone would prob go with past versions or something like takumi sen

I use the Speed 3 for long runs but I realised that it's just tomorrow soft.. After an hour or so its tiring to run in soft shoes. Speed 2 much better energy return and speed role. Any other shoes that are like the Speed 2?

I'm just stocking up on the Speed 2. I didn't like the 3. I don't need the extra cushion or wider platform. It feels clunkier and it's not the same concept at all..

Not that we needed all that stack to run, but once you get locked into a serious shoe collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can.

Im curious to know which you'd pick for long run between Speed 3 & Glideride 3. Please do between the shoes of Speed 3 & Glideride 3 since they both have plastic plate. Thanks!!!

Speed 3 for faster paces, Glideride 3 for cruising, both can work great as daily trainers, and both have rocker geometry so smooth through the stride

I'm rotating between the both- nova 3 on the daily/recovery side and speed 3 on the daily/tempo side. Could race in the speed 3, but if you already have a race/tempo shoe you could just complement with the nova

Speed is better daily trainer/tempo shoe (could also race). Nova is better daily trainer recovery all around. Depends if you just buying one shoe for all or rotating it with another

Bombas are good post-run recovery socks to walk around the house! If y'all want the BEST daily trainer, go with Zoots Del Mar!!!! ZOOTS has Mizuno, Asics, Brooks, Adidas and Saucony FADED and I've ran in all of those on trails too ;-)
