Saucony freedom 3 Review

The Saucony Freedom 3 is in a category of its own when it comes to moderate cushion neutral trainers. In this video, Justin dives into some of the specifications and personal takes on this amazing shoe. The Saucony Freedom uses the PWRRUN+ foam that is also seen in the Freedom's big brother, the Saucony Triumph. This shoe features a low 4mm heel drop which resembles some other brands like Altra and Topo but the Saucony still has the more traditional shape and feel that you would find in a Brooks, Asics, or Mizuno shoe. This would be a great option for someone who is looking for a little bit more minimal feeling shoe but still wants that secure tapered toebox. 100% agree. I bought 2 pairs on sale. Bought the second pair after a few weeks of using the first pair and loving them. I feel like going out and running in them right know because I’m thinking about them. And yeah, it’s a perfect amount of Power run + foam. Nicely cushioned, but not to cushioned. Still get road feel and foot is still engaged. Triumph 18s use the same foam but have a bit to much of it for me. These are the perfect trainers for me. Thanks for the vid. I can tell you enjoy running in these.

Yes! I feel like it's the perfect balance between a more minimal racing flat and a high cushion trainer. And the feeling of the PWRUN+ foam is so unique to Saucony. I think the closest thing I've felt is the ultra boost foam.
