Japan Airlines ke Boing 720 ko bajae Bombay International Airport ke,, usko Juhu Civil IAirport per utar ker CeRASH ker dya . Mai tab waha new international Control tower instalation ka Kan ker raha tha. Control tower se Bombay Airport ka huge runway ke samne Juhu Airport ka andhere me chota sa runway, me koi mistake ka chance nahi tha Wahan bhi 20 degree ka hi farq hai. Phir Koi German 4 proo engine mid range plane ne safe landing ki.. JAL ke Boing ko salvage Kiya gaya. Aaj Tak JAL BOMBAY nahi aata.

My 3 sons were about to board in the same flight when one of my son's exit re entry ,by mistake while he entered Saudia along with his brothers 18,16,14,one of my son's entry was not stamped in his passport by oversight, so while leaving kingdom he was not allowed to go on exit cause ,when his passport shows no entry how will he go on exit.so all three were dropped and luggage was taken out which causes flight to delay.Any way that was horrible scene.

And it happened in day light despite red flares. Few years before this, a JAL plane had landed at an abandoned airstrip in Juhu instead of Mumbai airport. That plane could not fly out of there and had to be dismantled.

In Tamil movie starring Suriya, Surarai Pottru , one such landing at Tambaram air strip is shown. IAF charged peanuts to Saudi Airlines for this folly. Had it happened on some US airbase, they would have fined them at least hundred times more .

Correct, rule is rule. Why does IAF dilute rules and chare less for foreign planes? Even if is US plane, it must charge. IAF makes us look like a coward.

The airbase ATC andvradar must have noted thevairliner was lining up for landing the air force ATC should have warned the747 to abort landing procedure as he was trying to land on the wrong airport. Further, was not Chenai's ATC and Radar monitoring the747's flight? The ATC should have warned the flight and directed it to the right airport.
