I think going to lesser known cities in the UAE like Alain and some of the cities in the northern region will give u more experience with locals, but the people here don’t really notice tourists because 89% of the people are foreigners so it would be weird just to come up to a person that lived here for decades thinking they tourists lol

Al Ain is also a well known cities. It has a few tourists. The only place to find tourists in Al Ain is the Al Ain Zoo. The rest of the city is ran by locals
