I do not know what happened because I could not understand the language. BUT the Saudi appeared to have a rock or something in his hand. He ran which is a good indicator of a few things...1) he started the trouble 2) he is a coward and 3) he couldn't finish what he started. I am happy the Filipino man stood his ground. I have met hundreds of Filipinos/Filipinas and know quite a few of them personally. For the most part they are a happy go lucky people with a gentleness about them and a colorful, friendly culture.

Based on that video, I think the arab guy who's holding a rock is upset. It could a fault of a Filipino guy. At the end, the Filipino guy got upset as well because he was thinking about his brand new car. I think both of them had a miscommunication that led into chasing.
