The driver, if he is a Muslim, should know about the concept of khulwa and not be alone with a non-mahrem woman including in a car. 6:22 liberalization and modernization here really means introducing sleaze which has no place in Saudi Arabia. At 6:42 he says that women there are now "free." That is so wrong. The locals can still be offended even if you think that they are not offended. They are too polite to tell you. It is better if this video is deleted.
