Just flew the same flight this bloke did (SV773 then SV123 to Manchester) their long haul product is pretty good but watch out for their A330s with registration HZ-AQ_ cause they're clapped

What is wrong with you, you do know these are outdated saudi planes? There are LESS than 5 outdated aircrafts in service that are in the Saudia fleet. its very rare to come across old saudia cabin nowadays.

Very good service by soudia airlines last month went to mum to Jeddah & then Jeddah to lax at Mumbai late running but meal coupon for KFC, soudia airlines food is superb helpful airhostess before time reached i suggest please go by soudia thanks

I've been on this not so magic 330 carpet last week from Mum to Jed - bad bad bad. The food was disgusting and the legroom was more than tight for folk over 175cm. SV's 787 are way way better.

how come a330-300 dosent have any IFE!!!

HZ-AQA to AQH has no IFE, these are Saudi’s first A330s delivered in 2010, HZ-AQE got that beautiful livery I wish they apply the same livery to another A330-343, then you’ve got the A330s HZ-AQI to AQL delivered in 2013 with IFE, and the regional A330s HZ-AQ11 to AQ30 with the latest IFEs, sadly HZ-AQ30 their newest A330 was destroyed in Khartoum bombings in April 2023 😞

i hope saudia retrofitting the first 8 aircrafts of A330, the seats is outdated including business class, no IFE and not sure if wifi is work, not fitting with mid haul flights, the newer HZ-AQI and later have everything what is missing on this older aircraft, also flying with the oldest 777 in saudia fleet have way better experience then this old A330

Hi @ahmadzahid266, I would completely agree with your opinion. These old A330s are not suitable anymore for the mid-haul flights, especially since there are much better options available. Saudi should improve on this.

Sadly this is a airbus problem Every old airbus a330 300 has no personal screen Although they should refurbish these old a330

you got saudia all wrong you went on an old aircraft.. ngl their service isnt excusable but the aircraft itself is old their newer a330s have new seats and IFE displays. hope you try that one soon enough!

Old aircraft used for the Mumbai to Jeddah sector… we paid for business class n got cheated big time with pathetic seats n no facilities of business class. The sector for Rome had a newer aircraft… does this mean for India SAUDIA uses old aircrafts? Very disappointed with the treatment.. very uncomfortable flight of 4 hrs and feel cheated by Saudia
