These sauerkraut rolls are delicious!
They are made with a stuffing of minced meat, pork, rice and
cooked in a clay pot over low heat.
☞The ingredients for the recipe:✰
250-300g of pork
500 g minced meat
20 sauerkraut leaves
1 onion
100g of rice
1 tbsp. Tomato paste
oil, sauerkraut brine
1-2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons mint (thyme)
black pepper to taste
Salt
Fry the chopped onion in 4 tablespoons of oil.
After 1 minute add the rice, pour 150 ml of hot water.
Add salt and remove from heat.
Sprinkle with spices,
add tomato puree.
Stir, pour a little more hot water.
Transfer minced meat, sprinkle
with black pepper to taste.
Cut the pork into pieces,
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Put on each cabbage leaf
1-2 tablespoons of minced meat
and some pieces of meat.
Wrap tight rolls,
put in an oiled clay pot.
Sprinkle with paprika, add oil.
Pour 1 glass of sauerkraut brine and cold water,
until the liquid is at the level of the products.
Put a plate on the rolls.
Put in a cold oven, preheat to 240 degrees.
After 30 minutes, reduce the temperature to 160 C
and bake for another 60-90 minutes.
