From a game design standpoint, you don't really need the VSAT in BO4, since they gave part of its functionality over to good old plain UAV -- that is, in this game the radar bursts also allow you to see enemy movement, not just static blips. At least that's the way I always viewed this question. BO4 promotes movement and it's one of the best Call of Duty's I've played because of it.

Low key the SAUG might be the best gun in the game. Not saying the SpitFire or VMP aren’t great guns cuz they are. But the SAUGs ADS (aim down sight) time is a huge factor for winning those gun battles. It has a fast ADS time even when you’re sprinting without Gung Ho and when you press the aim button.
