I suppose it's different for some, but I'm a Finn and I've never used (or know someone who uses) any aroma in sauna... so I'd say that's definitely optional, even more so than a towel. One thing you should try is to go to a sauna in the midle of winter when there's snow, come out and go walk and such in the snow while wearing a towel, bathrobe or such... not a good idea in the city of course, but if you can go to somewhere with only little people around, try it. It's fun. And go back to the sauna soon so you won't catch a cold. : D

me encantan los saunas!!! aunque solo he ido una vez ajajjja pero es taaan relajante. Mi sueño es ir a Finlandia e ir a un sauna pero a la finlandesa ya sabes con eso de tirarse un chapuzon en el agua helada de un lago jajajaj aunque jamas seria capaz de hacerlo desnuda... gran video Tania :D podrias hacer videos como un dia tipico en Finlandia seria muy entrete. saludos y abrazos desde Chile!

tbh I don't know any Finn who cares about sitting on blanket because of sweat or any other reason.
