I looked into Brennan's eyes in that bit after Erika said "make Isengard great again" and I saw a man struggle with 1: his introverted reluctance to correct a friend, 2: his commitment to the bit, and 3: the overwhelming urge to pedantically point out that Isengard and Sauron are not aligned in LOTR, all go by in a fraction of a second and I saw myself. Anyway nice video.

@@jeffredfern3744...no? LOTR isn't a 1:1 allegory for WWII Tolkien was explicit about that. In the text Saruman creates the Uruk-hai specifically to oppose Sauron. It's more of a message of the folly of using the tools of your enemy (orcs, pallantirs, industry, and even the one ring) against them. In the movies Saruman was flattened into being Sauron's lacky but that's not in the book

Have you seen a Sauron speech lately? He looks strung out, tired, he slurs his words, especially his slurs. He had a hard time saying "age" in "age of the orcs" at that one gathering. And the last gathering was so small it was in the hollowed out ruins of a building in Osgiliath. He then said "I love coming here to Minas Tirith" when he was in Minas Morgul. I dunno if I trust this guy to make decisions on ending the age of man or to make Mordor great again.

I've always thought it was like a sliding glass patio door, or the door in a safe, that extends deadbolts upward and downward into the top and bottom door frame when you turn the knob. Even still, you'd want those deadbolts farther from the hinges to be stronger. 🤔

The eye talking by expanding and contracting it's snake eye is hilarious and Brennan as always is hilarious but "Make Middle Earth great again" had me wheezing and the balrog just sitting in the crowd all scrunched up and looking at Sam slightly made me laugh so much.
