I've been baking this in the oven for ever with some paprika olive oil and thyme! Once its cooked add some cheese on top and let it melt in the oven for a minute. It's off the chain. Definitely gonna try this on my Blackstone!

We just got our first blackstone. I have been making this exact thing on the stove for years.... I wonder were it came from. Anyway I gotta try it on the new griddle now. Great video and thanks for reminding me about this.
