You should! Tokaij wines has a better acidity and often slightly oxidise character. Highly recommended !!! All the best.

They are both so different, Sauternes uses sweet grapes…. Aszú uses sour grapes (Furmint) mixed with nobel rotten sweetened Furmint grapes to create a perfect balance between sweet and sour…. Keeping your mouth fresh after every sip. Best (imo) aszús are the 5 pöttonyös (5buckets) as they are the most balanced

As far as I know, both wines are produced from late harvest grapes, and I wouldn't say that Semillon grapes are sweeter than Furmint. What do you think?

Tokaji Classification. Hmm.... Szarvas and Mezes Maly as Great 1st Growth, Szt Tamas, Oremus, Disznoko, Nyulaszo, Betsek. etc... I don't know the rest as they're too hard to remember.

Far be it from me to hurt you, but you didn't tell me the essence (its specialty) about Tokaji wine. We didn't know anything about furmint as one of the most widespread grapes in the world. And where is it located in the world.
