I've highlighted certain words in CAPS because they lose their meaning if translated to English. MATATU is Kenya's form of public transportation. Kenyan Public Service Vehicles get souped up with music systems and graffiti. Search for Matatu Culture #MatatuCulture on KZbin and Instagram respectively and you'll figure out what they meant. MWANANGU is a Swahili word for "My Child" it is used b someone who's considerably older than you. When Bien said "Uliza Kiatu", which means Ask My Shoe, he used a phrase that was made popular through a love song by another Kenyan band called "Hart The Band." The song basically talked about how a young men without money struggle to impress their girlfriend. So Uliza Kiatu in this case meant that if you asked their shoes they'd tell you how much struggle they went through.
