Just came back from a week in Sauze. Said hello to you guys in Derby bar one night Shoutout Miravallino, was out favourite bar for the week. Great atmosphere and the tomahawk steak was unreal

Be on your guard in Miravallino ask to see the drinks prices before ordering. They charged my friend and I €35 each for a Gin and tonic. Other than that have a wonderful time in Sauze 🎉

Great channel - very relaxing watching you ski so gracefully and no lift queues ! Do you think the ski pass for the area is good value compared to others ? For example lift pass for cervinia & zermatt is over 80 euro per day

Always enjoy the snow report. Thank you. We are coming to Sauze in March 2025. We enjoy seeing the snow conditions on the various pistes, would it be possible to add the name of the piste to the video to allow us to plan our trip? Also reading reviews we hear mentions of Sportina, The bowl, Boulevard etc. Could you give us a newbies guide about the locations and how to get there? Thanks. Keep up the good work.

I am glad you are enjoying the videos, If you search for an old video of ours 'getting to Sportinia from Clotes' that will show you the route. Also there is a video that shows the run from the top of Sansicario (Fraiteve) to Claviere. I will try to add some of the run names to the video going forward (or ski past the name when filming).

Le Torre Hotel has the best breakfast around, I haven't found anywhere else that you can compare it to. Even if you are not staying there you can buy a breakfast for €10

Thank you for sharing . A group of three of us were in Sauze 2 years ago and found the prices to be a lot lower than France .I have skied in the 3 valleys and you end up paying ridiculously high prices and that was a few years ago .We had a great week , the only negitive is the lift system is in much need of upgrading .

Hello, we plan to come to Sestriere from February 23-March 1st. I'm interested in the condition of piste 46ALTA and La Ciclabile alta, are there any indication when those are going to be opened? From the map, it looks like those two are very nice slides home from the mountain.

Yes, they are nice long runs all the way down to Borgata from the top of the Fraiteve gondola. I have not had time yet to get over to Sestriere but I will try soon.

Hi Elmo, we work with several ski rental shops in Sauze. Drop me an email with the name of your accommodation and I can recomend the closest shop to your hotel / Apt. I can also advise on ski passes. [e-mail]

We're arriving on Sunday for the umpteenth time. Luckily there's been a bit of snow this week and hopefully there will be more runs open by the weekend as it's looking like there were not that many open on Thursday (No Red 48 or Red 12 from the top of the Rocce Nere lift or the 2 Blacks back into the bowl from Mount Fraiteve? Is it any better in the other resorts on the Vialattea?

A few runs were closed last week due to scheduled maintenance on the Jouvenceaux lift. The blacks in Fraiteve I think still need more snow?!!? I was skiing today and it was great, you have timed your trip well, enjoy :-)

@Sauzeonline Thanks, yes it seems that way. I couldn't believe it when there was snow in Oulx on our way to Sauze today. The locals think we had 25cm last night with more to come, so I'm looking forward to hopefully some good skiing this week. Looking on the Vialattea app, there seems to be more runs open in Sestriere and Mongeneve, so we're heading over there later in the week to take advantage of the 2 days included on our passes

Nice, a day early. Great there is new snow and hopefully more coming in. Can you ski back to Jouvenceaux already? Three weeks before we are there, so counting down, can`t wait. Say hi to James.
