I've been trying this thing where I don't criticize people until I try to put myself in their shoes and try to look at things from their perspective. So while my gut reaction to bleaching is that its a terrible, self hating act. Could it be that it's just a matter of preference, it does make tattoos pop more. He says the girls dem love it. When it boils down to it its just a matter of preference. We all do things to improve our appearance. I don't think bleaching does that but at the end of the day it's opinion.
