@@phillipw58 very cool Phillip. Its one of my nicest budget trappers. So nice i bought 1 for a GAW but gifted it to J.O. for a slip. The one I sent him was nice and thick. Some have half stops and some dont. Just the luck of the draw i guess.

Man what a beautiful knife. I snagged the same one at blade show as soon as they dropped. Seen them at their booth and knew i had to have one. I plan to do a video on it as well. Ill be the first to say it is extremely sad to see this quality coming out of china and we seem to struggle here in the US. But i can give credit where credit is due and rosecraft blades is definitely onto something.

I hear you Travis. My knives dont all have to be perfect. When they are hand made in USA I can let some slide. This is a great knife but it is just lacking some soul that Case has. Though I do like supporting a USA company even if they are made in China. Thanks for checking it out. Cannot wait for your review!

Very cool! Ive got 2 bone Loosahachi Jacks and am still on the fence about that one. Though it looks nice. Want to get a rosewood French broad. Even though ive got a red bone. It never ends. Trying to save money for there newer patterns I dont have. Like the trapper and teardrop. And any others that they suprise us with in Stag! But they are small production runs and go fast. So if you see one you like get it or hope for a 2nd sale!

The stag looks better than the micarta to me. You can tell they spent time making the stag match each side. That's what a knife company should do

I think the Stag looks better. But the Micarta would be better in the pocket. The Stag would almost need a sheath. It's a chunk. Thanks for checking it out. Rusty!

Very nice. Mine is concave on one side which I like. Makes for perfect thumb placement for me. Yours is very nice. I was under the impression that genuine stag was different from stag bone which is bone made to look like stag. Am I in error on that?

Nice looking knife, I'm a fan of micarta ,but dont care for the micarta that shows layers like a woodgrain pattern,thats what killed it for me on the black one,
