Hey Moo, about the blue shell, its a weird system. They have in Mariokart 7 too where if the players in front of you have finished but you and a person behind you throws a blue shell, it'll target you because you are still racing and won't affect the frontrunning players because they already finished

I figured outbwhy that blue shell hit moo. By the time nogla passed moo the blue shell had already been launched and had already locked on moo. If u watch noglas video u see right before he passes moo the blue shell was launched with moo on the screen so it automatically locked on since it saw him ahead at the time
