Hi mates, quick question....Is the "old"" Custom predator better for big baits like the 40 and 48cm lures or is the big bait specialist 100-220 SG4 good enough or even as good as the custom 240?

Hoi Sean, Hoe breng jij de grote line thru's zoals de 32cm roach op diepte? Zeg op een 3m à 4m bij een snelheid van +-3km per uur trollen. Zonder down rigger, die hebben we helaas (nog) niet. Alvast bedankt voor je reactie.

Langzamer trollen en meer lijn uit. Dan komt de 32cm wel op ongeveer 2m. Dieper dan dat, lood ervoor of wachten op de MS versie ;)

Shouldn't be chinning fish that big and letting them thrash about, get it in the net in the boat and do it right

So you net them, and then still need to “chin” them to unhook the fish. To be honest, netting does more damage (to fins, scales, extra handeling time, especially when tangled) and we just skip that part and go straight to the unhooking.
