One of my favorite places---Bonaventure is like an Art & History tour all in one. Several particular pieces of statuary and markers have inspired me through the years...nice piece of film.

This really IS creepier than the film opening, with "Skylark" playing and the nice statue of "the Birdgirl", looking like she's carrying, as Joe Otem says, "canapees"! Here, the Spanish moss sways in the wind and various sad statues drape over crosses, bend and weep and so on. Well done! I wouldn't go in there after dark!

Someone VERY close to my heart I had buried near a statue of a woman holding Roses 🌹 She took care of my Grandfather Jackson before he died.
