I see a neat and clean neighborhood. I see streets that have no litter. I do not see graffiti or gangs on corners. It is quiet and peaceful. I don’t hear hear cursing and fighting. I don’t see the destruction made by angry people. To me this makes this area rich. Because the people that live here value their possessions no matter how little they may have.

That is so sad how they call certain area poor because they have the same old house, don't mean they are poor lot of them don't have a house note. Just in a older part of there city. Negative Rich people

looks like a very nice place to live if you ask me. if this is the 'poor' area, the rich area must be off the charts. remember, this city is right by the ocean. people that live here are more relaxed.
