One thing I’ve learned these past years you have to love yourself & take what’s done to you by someone you love to heart. Found this by mistake... she has a beautiful voice and I love her outfit! When my ex so called husband cheated i left him that week and didn't look back. I have sickle cell disease so I deal with a lot of pain. Never thought he would betray me because he was always there for me. I'll admit to this day I don't get it but maybe it's not for me to get. I bossed up despite my health and enrolled into a medical billing & coding program at Penn Foster. I graduate may 2k21 at the latest. Sometimes you just have to let ppl go and take out time for self but these days ppl rather tolerate bs than be alone. Damaging themselves. The other person shouldn't be blamed when/if you decide to stay. The so called marriage with him ended in 2k18. I've been single and celibate ever since. Best decision I could've made!

I was raised in a single parent household by my mother, so I’m low key emotionally unavailable to men, but when I do attract guys they’re often distant and don’t meet my needs. Honestly, this gave me a complex like “am I not worthy of love from men?” 🤔 So on this 30 day challenge I’m doing self love meditations, writing forgiveness mantras and gratitude lists and speaking positive affirmations to myself while looking in the mirror.
