Save money! How to change Geberit flush valve of a wall-hung wc #diyplumbing
I'll show you how to replace the flush valve yourself. It's really simple anyone can do this.
The button with of the small flush didn't work anymore. When I removed the push button ad and took out the flush valve, I saw that it had broken off. So I replaced the new part
I used the Geberit Sigma bottom valve for UP100/300/320.

Mine was stuck too (lot of calc!), you have to yank it hard. It took me long time for repair, because I was afraid to broke something.

Is what is causing overflow in the tank which causes the water to leak out of the tank and it keeps flushing into the toilet for another 5 minutes once its almost full?

I have a geberit kappa wall hung cistern and the flush is not very strong, compared with my toto one. It's brand new but just wondering will the flush become more powerful if I change the flush valve to a higher end one?

Hallo! Ik heb hetzelfde systeem met dezelfde bodemventielhouder. Het probleem is alleen dat de waterstroom niet sterk genoeg is waardoor het voorste deel van de toilet pot niet bereikt wordt door water. Ik heb al geprobeerd het via de bodemventielhouder af te stellen tot aan het compleet verwijderen van zo een afsteller maar tevergeefs. Stortbak en bodemventiel staan ook op max hoeveelheid water. Enig idee wat de oplossing zou kunnen zijn? Alvast bedankt!

Very easy reparation just following the steps of this video; thank you. Note I've replaced the old defective valve of a UP320 from 2011, using a new type 212 valve, which fits perfectly, though it looks much different!
