🧿 I spoke with the owner before he pass away at a young age. He told me they were going to restore this place. How did they fell to help him. 🤔 He told me this is where all the so called black people came when they were in Tampa.. To this bed and breakfast.. I was lucky to see the inside as well as the walls in this huge house.i ran my fingers across the walls. I was like they need to save this place.. Everything else we had is gone.. It's falling down now . But do they care? Please Tampa this is your chance to do right. Don't let this one hit the ground.🧿 Make it a museum. We don't only want a park.

I saw the inside, it's not something that can be saved. I'm sorry. They would need to rebuild from scratch. The have made a 3D computer scan of the building that could be used to make plans. The could remove and preserve some elements of the original. But, the building's roof failed years ago, the rain has destroyed everything. I posted a video over a year ago.

Well when he told me they were going to help him fix it. He was living there and the roof wasn't falling at that time. So who dropped the ball on this? They can still make it right... By making a replica of that Bed and Breakfast. All these so called Rich people name's was called that was supposed to donate to the cause what happened to them. Or was it a Dog and pony show.

@@mssunshinesjourney7601 The people running Tampa, are the same people who's fathers fought integration, the Jackson House is a constant reminder of segregation. They want it to disappear so that they won't be reminded of what their fathers and grandfathers stood for. It needs to be rebuilt from scratch! Built to last five hundred years so that we don't forget what happened! It needs to be on that same spot too, prime real estate in down town. Don't let them take it to some grave yard in Brandon, like they did with the Civil War monument. It needs to be right there where the law maker's have to look at it daily. I'm I right?
