Save the meeting minutes automatically with Power Automate

After every change management call, I have to send emails with what was discussed, but people keep asking me what happened...
You have three options:
Lose time every time to answer one by one.
Resend them the same email you sent already, that they did not read, risking looking rude (even if not your fault...)
Create a repository of all the emails from all the call, so everyone can check for a specific change they are interested, what was discussed and when.
