The showerhead you're using by waterpik is a water saver itself, so you're saving even more water with the flow regulator, so that makes you even greener. Also get the Lady Bug from Shower start, and install it right on the shower arm behind the pivot ball, and when the water gets warm, it flows to just a trickle so you're not wasting any hot water down the drain while your doing other things.
