This is gonna sound like a crazy question . Ok so if lace melt comes up when it gets wet how does that work with curly hair ? Like you gotta wet curly hair so how can you possibly keep it from lifting up

So whenever I wet my lace to redefine the curls I typically will wear a lace band to avoid water from coming in contact with the lace that's on the edges. I hope that makes sense. 💕
