Radhey radhey 🙏🏻 Prevent from eye strain •Study at well lit room but diffused so it does not effect eyes directly •Exposure to sun,not directly. Use sunglasses for UV rays protection which harm body. •20-20-20 rule • Blink regularly and use blue lighy filter, as sunlight should only regulate the sleep cycle. Meltonin hormone less awake time more sleep time. General issues •Using lens is dangerous forgetting of its removals can cause infection. Pupil not have nerves so it get oxygen from air which is blocked by lens. •Splashing water regularlycan be very dangerous as it removes essential oils of eye which can lead to infection. •Rubbing eyes can make the pupil narrow from a side. •Doctor says vegetable and carrot doesn't help for improving eyesight but Internet does. Extra knowledge from my side •Eye exercise is important as it makes all part of eye have oxidation.
