I had a red fox called James Charles. I caught him when he was injured by a car. He had to have a leg amputated so could no longer hunt so he lived in my outside laundry room cuddling up beside the washing machine then on my compost heep in the summer. He was always wild but we loved each other. His favourite treat was a blueberry muffin. He lived a long time for an urban fox. He died peacefully in his sleep after living with me for three years. He wasnmange free and well fed. I loved him so much. He was a British red fox.

In fact had they not taken these cats with how expensive their medical treatments are, they probably wouldn't have much of a chance. I absolutely love smoosh face cats, they are kind of funny looking, pointing that out is not abusing the animal..

My dad used to shave our Keeshond every summer because he thought he got “hot”. I remember telling him that he wasn’t supposed to, but he always did it. That dog loved him and he loved the dog. I miss them both.

Wow. You do such great work. I really wish people were more responsible and did research before adopting animals, between shaving the fox, and not fixing a male and female cat (seems like they bred them.. which means.. profits before proper animal care), these animals' former owners left a lot to be desired, but as you pointed out, did the right thing in surrendering them where they will be cared for. This is something that matters in the end, of course. In Philly we see similar things, though not with foxes.. overbreeding of pitbulls for profits, leaving cats unaltered and just "giving away" kittens (often too young). Our city shelter has ended up with a surprising number of young alligators, goats and sheep, though. It is a neverending battle to save these animals from the poor decisions humans make. However, focus on the positive... SaveAFox does great work and you saved these wonderful animals and will either find them great homes, or provide them. Thank you! Loved seeing that sphinx engaging in normal kitty behavior. It is easy to think they might be different because they look so different, but kitties are kitties. (It's why I love them!)

It really doesn't even matter what you all do. I just hit the like button every time I see one of these videos. I really hope that you are all getting some rest. Raising rescues can be taxing. Raising a child can be taxing. And raising Ethan? I'll leave that to you to fill in the blank on that. Just kidding. I love all the animals and I love all the people, too. Awe Ethan I know you meant well you have such a heart plus it being so late we call the giggling the SIMPLES. Being a Animal Rescuer alot are mostly cats I do have a large experience with them along with feral cat colony I have. When you are talking to a cat especially new you should always be on their level and try looking at them face to face so you can slowly Blink that shows the cat a sign of trust. The Sphynx cat should wear a sweater even in Florida with a/c. I have fosters that take in FIV/FELV+ also.

All beautiful animals. I'd worry the hell out of those critters, trying to pet them all the time 😄 It takes a special kind of person, to do what y'all do. Raising and caring for just one animal properly, can be a lot of work. I spent over half my life on a farm. Had dogs, cats, horses, bantams, and rabbits. It could get overwhelming at times, but it was worth it.

Persians didn't used to have those awful flat faces when I was a kid. Siamese cats also looked like cats instead of aliens back then... The breeders have not done either of them a service.
