Jack might have genuinely been one of the best and kindest people on this segment. Ever. Yeah what he did was awkward, but he didnt get offended or fight back or be rude to her when she talked about it like most others would... She missed out on a good one

He didn't care how she felt about what he was doing at the table on his their first date. He needed food and has it in his head that no other type of food can work. He must be too superficial to consider eating carbs or sugar to get him through til he could order and get whatever protein the restaurant had to offer. Poor judgement over exerting himself before the date. He thinks he is taking care of his body but he is rationalizing. If he listened to his body he would not gotten himself into such an "emergency" situation

I think it’s better to wait and eat in your car, then go into the restaurant. That was rude to the restaurant and odd for a date

He seem like he would die without taking those stuffs. Whereas proteins doesn’t start digesting that fast. How about eating your nasty stuffs in your car before stepping out for the date since he couldn’t wait to order a meal. So awkward, and I think the lady is just very respectful. Not too many people can stand a dumb act like that.
