Too many plans to do shit but nothing never happens. Memphis is ridiculous. They cant handle big projects. They bluff about it just to make us think their not slouchers until its time to show and prove then they give excuses like funds are short or lenders are not lending or the pandemic got us on hold. Man please. Nashville making it look easy
