Absolutely connect with you Sir. I too face issue with SBI bank for my father's 1.5 Lakh FD withdrawal after his death. I too had to submit 2 known people's ITRs to get the FD proceeds. The funny part is any bank does not ask for adding a nominee in any FD opening process. That's why I hate FD of any bank.

Sir my father is farmer and sold rural agriculture land in cash of 15 lakh INR ....in financial year 2022-2023 ...... They are illiterate they dont know about income tax rule .......they deposited entire money in saving bank account...... notice not arrived yet..... They haven't file itr in there entire life because income is under 3 L slab ......what to do next ....shall we wait for notice to come?
